Bojan Goluh presented HIPROHUB to an international audience for the first time at Game Changer Italy in Venice, and a day later to a Slovenian one at the MOS trade fair in Celje. He noted it is the first building in Slovenia designed on One Planet Living principles, and that 91% of its office space is already let.

At the foot of the vineyard hills, on 17 April 2025 a building of unusual significance came back to life. Under its new owner it becomes a centre for a sustainable, human-centred and resilient industry. The state took notice too: the Minister of Digital Transformation, Ksenija Klampfer, spoke at the event.
