HIPRO EDU

Most of the professions of the future do not exist yet. Who will prepare our children for them?

Humanoid robots and artificial intelligence are changing industry, healthcare, tourism, and services faster than curricula can change. If the education system stays with the knowledge of ten years ago, Slovenia (and Europe) will not have a workforce able to work with the technology of the future, and will not be competitive with the economies that understood this in time and adapted.

Most of the professions that will carry the Slovenian and European economies over the next decade do not exist today. Humanoid robot programmer, AI trainer, advanced robotics service technician: these are not professions you can teach in a classroom where nobody has ever seen a robot in person, let alone programmed one.

And there is a question that quietly worries school principals, deans, and company HR managers alike: who will actually train these young people? Teachers unfamiliar with the technology? Faculties without access to the equipment? Companies searching for talent that the school system does not produce?

A generation that enters the future not uncertain, but prepared

Imagine a primary school pupil whose very first encounter with robotics is not science fiction, but something they can actually operate. A secondary school student who understands how a robot is programmed, not just in theory, but with their hands on the keyboard. A university student exploring where the real limits of what a robot can do lie. And a company that gains a colleague who can work with the new technology from day one, instead of only starting to learn it.

This is no longer a distant vision. It is an education system connected from the first year of school to employment, where a forward-looking mindset is built gradually, not overnight just before the job hunt begins.

How HIPRO EDU connects education with practice

HIPRO EDU connects primary schools, secondary schools, universities, and end users (companies) into a single educational pathway, tailored to each level individually:

  1. For primary and secondary schools: how a robot actually works

Not just a presentation, but an insight into how a robot is programmed. Students see the connection between a command, the code, and the robot's movement in real time.

  2. For universities and research institutions: where the limits are

What a robot can actually do and where its capabilities end. Students and researchers get access to robots and robot dogs for real projects. Not just for demonstration, but for research.

  3. For companies and end users: how to use a robot in practice

Different industries require different knowledge. That is why we tailor the training to each company individually: from the very first start-up to everyday use.

  4. Safety is part of the curriculum, not an add-on

Everyone who works with a robot learns how to recognize risk and how to stop the robot safely. For example, if the robot stumbles while moving, loses its balance, or gets damaged.

  5. Training teachers and mentors

The knowledge does not stop at a one-off presentation. As part of the program, we also train educators so they can pass robotics and new skills on independently, generation after generation.

Knowledge that does not stay with us

  • Behind all of this stands more than 20 years of experience with industrial automation, enhanced with the latest technology: programming, artificial intelligence, and hands-on robotics expertise.
  • We pass it on to new generations so they can put it to the test in a real environment: on our testing ground or directly at our customers' sites. This way, they go through the entire process, from an idea to a working solution.

A generation ready for professions we are only now creating

HIPRO EDU is not a one-off event or presentation. It is a connected education system stretching from the first years of primary school, through secondary school and university, to the first day at a company, giving young people a forward-looking mindset before the job market demands it of them.

With this, Slovenia is not waiting for the future of professions. It is raising the generation that will help create it.
