About this model
A service robot for reception, guided tours and presenting an offer in banks, hotels, shops, hospitals and at exhibitions.

Reception and guided tours
A humanoid build with 15 degrees of freedom and wheels that rotate through 360° moves around using U-SLAM and avoids obstacles as it goes. Interaction is multi-modal (speech, vision, gesture and expression), with a large language model behind it; face detection and speech synthesis serve visitor reception. An SDK and open APIs are available for custom solutions.

Humanoid design
Fifteen degrees of freedom throughout the body and wheels that rotate through 360° give movement that reads as human. A screen in place of a face shows expressions, which makes reception friendlier.

U-SLAM navigation
Original U-SLAM technology positions and maps in real time, so the robot adapts to changes on its route and arrives precisely where it is meant to; it avoids obstacles as it goes.

Core components
A microphone array and speaker for conversation, a high-resolution camera and TOF sensor for sensing, an 11.6-inch touchscreen, an RGBD depth camera, ultrasonic sensors, laser radar and wheel hub motors, the manufacturer’s own breakdown of the robot.

Where it is used
The manufacturer lists hospitals, transport, retail, hotels, government, exhibitions, finance and education. The purpose is always the same: a better visitor experience, more efficient work, lower cost and a more visible brand.

Screen and microphones
The screen is 11.6 inches (1920x1080); conversation runs through a six-microphone array and two speakers.

Visitor reception
Face detection and speech synthesis serve visitor reception and record who came.

Size and weight
It measures 1240x650x537 mm and weighs about 45 kg, compact enough for spaces with a lot of foot traffic.

Guided tours
Commentary works at fixed points and while moving, with the route synchronised to the tour plan.

Safe contact
Electronic skin on the arms (three pads per arm) senses touch, which is what makes contact with a visitor safe.

In the host’s brand
The home screen takes the host’s own marketing material, so the robot appears in their brand.

Battery and charging
One battery lasts around 8 hours and charges in 8; the robot can drive itself to the dock.
