About this model
A dual-arm robot on a mobile base for production and logistics: handling, palletizing and depalletizing, machine tending and sorting.

Depalletizing and handling totes
Each arm has 7 degrees of freedom and 750 mm of reach, dual-arm rated payload is 10 kg, and the end effector swaps by task on a standard ISO 9409-1 flange. The point of it is autonomous fault tolerance: with 3D vision and embodied AI the robot detects a displaced tote, a skewed pallet, an irregular stack or a missing box and adjusts its motion rather than stopping.

Arms with seven degrees of freedom each
Each arm has seven degrees of freedom and 750 mm of reach; dual-arm rated payload is 10 kg. Harmonic drive modules make the motion more precise and smoother.

Machine tending
It loads and unloads metal or plastic parts from 50 to 1000 mm, with a fastest cycle of 15 seconds per piece. A shifted or missing part is handled without stopping the line.

Interchangeable end effector
The end effector swaps by task, a tote gripper, a carton clamp or a two-finger gripper, on a standard ISO 9409-1 flange, plug and play.

Machine tending
Loading and unloading parts from 50 to 1000 mm, fastest cycle 15 seconds per piece.

Palletizing cartons
Palletizing and depalletizing cartons, fastest cycle 45 seconds.

Tote sizes
Totes up to 650x450x400 mm; it adapts to several sizes without being reset.

Tote handling
Tote handling with a fastest cycle of 15 seconds.

Sorting parcels
Sorting hard and soft packages, fastest cycle 5 seconds.

Interchangeable gripper
The end effector swaps by task on a standard ISO 9409-1 flange.

Handling faults
With 3D vision and embodied AI it detects a displaced or missing tote and adjusts its motion rather than stopping the line.

Depalletizing
Palletizing and depalletizing totes, fastest cycle 30 seconds, even with the pallet skewed.

Omni-directional chassis
An omni-directional chassis moves in any direction, so it works in narrow aisles too.

Many robots, one scheduler
Several robots run from one scheduler that distributes tasks across the whole process.

Swapping the battery
The battery is quick-swapped, or the robot drives itself to charge, depending on how busy it is.

Vertical lift
A vertical lift takes the working height from 850 to 1800 mm, so the same arm reaches the floor and the top shelf.
