G2
G2 is an industrial robot with a humanoid torso and head on a four-wheel omnidirectional chassis that turns on the spot and drives sideways. It is built for precision work alongside people: dual-arm force control accurate to 0.5 N enables sub-millimetre assembly.
Each arm has seven degrees of freedom, the torso and head three each; payload is 5 kg per arm and top speed 1.5 m/s. Working reach in the O10 variant is 2.3 m. Two hot-swappable batteries totalling 1652 Wh last four hours of work, and with autonomous charging the robot runs around the clock.
It senses through wrist cameras, head cameras and two 3D LiDARs in the base, and computes on an NVIDIA Jetson T5000. It is built from automotive-grade components with an IP42-rated body (arms IP50), with an emergency stop on the body and a remote one.

The G2 at work
The maker's film: a large operational workspace, the omnidirectional chassis, sub-millimetre assembly of a memory module and holding an egg under force control. The captions are the maker's own; where they differ from the official manual, the readouts above carry the manual's figures.

A humanoid on an omnidirectional chassis
The four-wheel chassis turns on the spot and drives sideways, so the G2 works even in narrow industrial aisles.

Sub-millimetre precision
Each arm has seven degrees of freedom and a rated load of 5 kg; force control in every joint accurate to 0.5 N and optional 19-DOF dexterous hands enable precision assembly of small parts.

Expressions and gaze
Expressive facial animations, eye-gaze tracking and multi-user conversation — for work where the robot serves people.

A large operational workspace
A 2.3 m dual-arm reach and an operational height of up to 2.3 m (O10 configuration).

Precision assembly
Inserting a memory module: sub-millimetre precision on a real task.

Force control
Holding an egg without damage: force-sensing joints in both arms.
